For many years there has been a playgroup at Moor Lane Church - now known as Moor Lane Church Pre-school. It is run by a team of qualified staff who are committed Christians and members of Moor Lane Church or the parish church of St Luke's Cranham. For more details click here.
We would like to welcome you to Sunbeams baby and toddler group, which is run at St Luke’s Church for 0 to 4 year olds.
We meet every Tuesday during term time between 10.00am and 11.30am.
Each session will include time to play with a wide range of good quality toys, craft time for the older children, Bible story, song time and refreshments for everyone!
During the play time there is a separate area for parents with small babies where they will be safe from older children on the move!
Parents are responsible for their child/ren at all times, and we would like everyone to take part in the various activities planned.
It's a great opportunity for you to come along and make new friends as well as to get out of the house for a couple of hours! It is also a good opportunity for children to learn how to interact and socialise with each other.
The cost per week is £1.00 for one child and 50p for each of your other children. The charge will go towards the cost of refreshments, craft materials and helping to replace broken and worn out toys.
The group is run as part of St Luke's work within the community.
We will regularly invite you to events held at the church, such as our Christmas Crib Service and Family Fun Days.
See our online weekly notice sheet or monthly diary for meeting dates.

Acorn Club is for mothers, fathers or grandparents and other carers and their pre-school aged children.
It meets every Thursday morning during school term time at Moor Lane Church from 10am to 11.30am - and obviously fulfils a need in our local community.
We alternate weekly between a coffee morning and an activity morning. On coffee mornings, you can enjoy a chat whilst the children play. During an activity morning, the children have the opportunity to make a craft which relates to the story they will be told during that morning.
